Can you please remove the pin codes off the toilet doors under Coles. Old people and people with children are not able to access the toilets when they are in a hurry & it is Dangerous. My 81 year old Mother was running around helping people get in this week. It is ridiculous having a code as they are people's emergency toilets.

Amazing food
Terrible shopping centre. Hard to park, shops are understocked, ground is deadly slippery when wet and now you cant even use the toilets. Disrespectful to customers
That’s a bit harsh Nicko! There’s plenty of underground parking, with a walking ramp right to our door and COLES close by. What shops are under stocked ? All tiled floors in every shopping centre are slippery when wet. And Bell Central is a privately owned centre. The shop keeps have to pay for keeping the centre clean inc the toilets. Until recently, often the toilets were being damaged nightly by grubby humans plus putting graffiti everywhere. The management has just renovated all the toilets for our and also for our customers benefit. It’s easy to ask the shopkeepers for the code. It’s not hard and definitely NOT disrespectful !
